We’ve been working with Cosy Club since the opening of their first site in Taunton in 2010 to nearly 30 sites today. Every site is incredibly opulent and slightly dotty – “think mansion house splendour meets local village cricket pavilion pottiness”.
We undertook a major review of the brand in 2018, resulting in a revised visual identity and tone of voice, upping the fabulousness of the brand.
We articulate this sense of the fabulous through characters stepping out from the portraits on the walls onto all the brand communications. A truly eccentric family to welcome you – a little too warmly – to the spirit of Cosy Club.
We work really closely with the client to keep the sense of theatre consistent – so the impact of the incredible interiors comes through, from the signage and wayfinding to the menus, the website (big thanks to Ben Tiller at Eleven Eleven for the digital design and Fiasco for the build) and all marketing communications.
Internal staff engagement doesn’t get much better than the staff dressing as the characters – truly members of the Cosy Club family.
I LOVE the Valentines campaign. It's so on the nail of being cheeky, beautiful, a bit funny and clever and maximising the characters. Everyone else loves it too. Good skills.
