We worked with Tower Bridge to keep their visitors covid safe.
We helped the team at Tower Bridge look after their visitors by producing on-site directional signage and temporary information signs. We also produced a “Welcome Back to the Bridge” animation for use on their digital channels, and a pdf guide for booked visitors to help them have a covid-safe experience.
We created a visual style that would demand attention without dominating the existing exhibition and visitor experience. The style and the icons we created were rolled out across the animation and booking information. We worked closely with the team to choose sign sizes and locations, and our design was aimed at building confidence in visitors to the Bridge, so that they could enjoy their experience.
We were able to turn this job around quickly, with a clear deadline in place; the date attractions were allowed to welcome visitors again after lockdown. With uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, we wanted our designs to be durable and have longevity as they might end up become a permanent feature of the visitor experience.
